Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) is the mother of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Her parents are of Italian, German (from the paternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish descent. Linda grew in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest out of her four brothers. Cinderella (2015) became her first feature film, following the role she played the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey, a period television drama. James went on to portray the role of Countess Natasha Rostova in the television version of War & Peace (2016) and also appeared in a variety of movies, including the action-packed film Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) as well as The Dig (2021), and the musicals Mamma Mia! We're Going Again (2019) as well as Yesterday (2018). Pam & Tommy, a biographical series on television based upon Pamela Anderson's life Pamela Anderson (released in 2022) was nominated for Golden Globe Award winner and a Primetime Emmy Award.
