Lofaso has been consistently praised by Scopa's patrons for serving food that feels authentic and deliciously tasty. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang's Spago after which she went into working closely with celebrity chefs in a number of Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso along with Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to launch Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Through Black Market and the business alliances she created, Lofaso was able to find her home. The partnership would allow for the creativity Lofaso desired. Black Market does not have one direction which is the reason why it was created. It could begin with chipped potatoes and peppers shishito, followed by Korean wings, meatballs as well as lobster roll. Antonia provides the bold variety of flavors.
