Awkwafina

Awkwafina is an American actor and singer, began with a series of ribbing quips about the racial and sexual identities of people. Prior to her move to Hollywood the singer and actress released the rap track series. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants, was her very first musical experience. She was a trumpeter. Her classical, jazz and hip-hop studies began when she was a teenager. In college, she studied Women's Studies and Journalism. Then, she even had one semester studying Mandarin during her time in Beijing. It wasn't until she began focusing on music until after she graduated. After becoming famous through the Internet, her song My Vag was a reaction to the song of Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually became a part of her first album Yellow Ranger. Other viral hits included the queef song, as well as the winking NYC Bitchecity tour. The latter track was linked to her other venture, Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in 2015. She began pursuing acting as a profession following her completion of two initiatives, as a writer and musician. She's appeared in movies such as Neighbors 2, Storks and Bad Rap. The actress made headlines in 2018 and appeared in several notable films like Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. Her EP came out,"In Fina We Trust in June of the same year.
