Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actor from the United States. Born on 27 March 1970, she is 5'9 tall. She is best known for playing Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost TV show and FBI agent Erica Evans in V. Gia and The Escape Clause. Mitchell is currently co-starring in Eric Kripke's television show Revolution, which airs on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell's stepfather is a lawyer in Dallas along with her mother Josephine Marian Mitchell. Mitchell as well as her mother and two children moved from New York, to Dallas Texas where Mitchell's mother was married in the year 1975. Mitchell was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts a public magnet school. She is the oldest sister of Katherine Day Kate Mitchell, Kristina Helen Kristie Mitchell and Kristina Mitchell.
